In order to improve product quality, increase production capacity and product specifications, the company began to introduce a large number of advanced production equipment in 2010 including ZZ416 automatic molding line 6 medium frequency induction 3T furnace 4 sets, Fadik 180T sand treatment system, Nidic dust removal system and a series of advanced equipment. This equipment not only stabilizes product quality but also improves production efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers. In order to ensure the stability of product quality, the introduction of imported spectrometers, advanced furnace carbon and silicon analyzer, metallographic image analyzer, cast iron laboratory analysis equipment, product pressure, tension, wear test equipment, and the establishment of various professional product testing laboratories.
